David McGlaughon has been in banking for nearly 30 years, all of which have been spent in North Carolina. McGlaughon has worked his way through many levels of the banking business earning several awards along the way. In 1990, after leaving Planters Bank as branch manager of the Nags Head office, he began work as city executive-outer banks for First Union National Bank in Kitty Hawk and most recently, was a senior vice president for Southern Bank Outer Banks market. McGlaughon serves as chairman for the Outer Banks Family Y.M.C.A., treasurer of the First Flight High School Athletic Booster Club and board member of Duck Woods Country Club, Kilmarlic Golf Club and Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church. He is an active golfer and teammate of the Outer Banks Salt Masters surf fishing team for over 12 years.
W. Ray White

W. Ray White, an Outer Banks native, Banking veteran with over 35+ years of experience and roots that go back to Planters Bank, retired from his last position as regional president of RBC Centura in 2002. White is active in community and state affairs serving as chairman of the Dare County ABC Board, first district commissioner of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and board member of Outer Banks Community Foundation, Dare Education Foundation and The North Carolina Aquarium Society.
