Margaret Wells has been in the mortgage and banking business for more than 30 years. Wells is a board member for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Outer Banks Hospital Development Council and on the Interfaith Community Outreach Board. Having grown up in Chesapeake, Virginia, Medlin and his family would often visit the Outer Banks of North Carolina. His love for the area never left him and he has fulfilled a lifelong dream of permanently calling the Outer Banks home. Medlin graduated from East Carolina University. Medlin now lives in Manteo, with his wife and two children. Medlin entered mortgage banking in 2002 and has enjoyed a successful career.
